On their official site i saw that their traditional colours are red-white.Greek fellows,

,what are your colours?

Our Traditional and colors in our hearts are Red-White. When Skoda became our investor (SKODA/XANTHI F.C. now) changed shirt colors a lot of times. We always disagree with them and we want Red-White again. Our shirt colour now is Red-Blue but only the shirts.

I am sorry to say that but after S.S. Lazio and M/boro we found this draw ideal and easy for us. Its our chance to move on. But of course this is football you never know.

Welcome to our Greek Brothers!
You are from Tracia, orthodox, so very close spiritually to us. Xanthi has a romanian coach, so he should be able to gather together all info about Dinamo he needs.
I agree that we'll have our hands full with Xanthi. but is not going to be an easy game for your side either.
When did your championship started?
Also, what is the starting squad of Xanthi?

Hello Dinamo!
This is a Skoda Xanthi fun. We all here are happy for we are "enemies" at uefa cup war! We think your team is defetable and as far I hear from you, you do think the same for us!
Anyway, in case some of you deside to visit Xanthi city on 14 September, I offer you two maps, one for the city and one for the rounded area. I think it will help those who will come and maybe some others for future use.

ps. For those who wonder if there is any beer in Xanthi, let me remind you that mostly in islamic countries alcohol is forbiden! My favorite is "Mythos"!

Dear Bulgarian friend,
I'm not dealing with politics but I think that there are as many Bulgarians in Xanthi as anywhere in Greece, or in west Europe. Although Greece and Bulgaria were enemies in the early past (1914, 1940-1944), I feel Bulgarian people very familiar to us. I also met a lady of your country in Thessaloniki on 1994 who whas married with a Greek man. For further information just come and see on your own, we are really too close each other.

I know i'm

now, but:
In your country there is a ultra-mediatized (I hope i wrote it correctly) team ? And is there a team who is hated by many teams in Greece?
Are there in the Greece first league arranged matches?
They say now and then about Olympiakos and Panathinaikos. It also has been heard about Panionios and Egaleo. But not a court has been take place. In my opinion, big clubs take a falt or two but over, or something more. In your country doesn't happen something like it? In Italy happend to punish 4 clubs but only 1 or 2 of them kicked from first ligue.
Football is money, and money is the boss. Take a look at Chelsea for instance, Barchelona, Milan and you will understand. Olympiakos is a club with 60.000.000 euros value, Panathinaikos 50.000.000 euros, AEK 35.000.000 euros and Xanthi 20.000.000 euros.
Take a closer look here:

No chance for u in this 1st round. U are facing an extremely powerful team - 2 defeats and less than 6 goals would be a great performance from your pathetic squad.
Say bye bye to Europe and concentrate more on your internal games - maybe next year u will manage to get another chance to reach UEFA Cup's groups stage

This is not true! Take a look at the official forum of Xanthi Funs
http://www.xanthifans.gr/forum/viewforum.p...c6456097087072fYou may find some irritated attitude in two users "DaJackal" and "gonzales". I do not know if you are one of these two, or if the administrator banned them. Although the conversation in greek forum goes on!

Two groups will arrive your city on 28 September, probably more than 150 xanthifans. I personally seem to come with my wife and children! But to be honest, I shall wait for the result of the first game.
If I can do anything for those of you who will come here on 14 September please let me know!

Panathinaikos is one of the bigest teams in greece. Xanthi does not hope for 3 point in Athens. Our first target is to win 15 matches in here as home team. Thus we will have 45 points at the end of championship. Let's take some 10-15 point as guest with weak teams and we are in the 4th-5th place. So, we are sorry for our defeat but that's life, we didn't count these 3 point.
In advance let me say that the match we are waiting is between Xanthi and Dinamo tomorrow!
Let's enjoy it and let us all hope for the best result for our teams!
